Gargoyles & Medusa

In the halloween spirit I started to sketch this Gargoyles cover. Still one of my favorite shows. I have to finish coloring, lighting and want to put in a city scape background.

Gauntlet

Gauntlet character design redo, still a work in progress along with the story. Kid Gauntlet is a story I've been developing since last summer & its been interesting and motivating to do some personal work. Kid Gauntlet is a story of a young troubled kid who goes to live with his rough neck Grandfather for the summer. His Grandfather "Pops" works as a Geologist and excavator. At first glance Brady(kid) is going to hate his summer job until he notices Mona, Pops apprentice. Soon after arrival Pops puts Brady to work on location and he makes an amazing discovery, the Gauntlet. The Gauntlet is a powerful artifact that choices its host and gives whoever wields it terrific powers. The Gauntlets powers though awesome don't go unnoticed and cause some trouble(enter bad guys, android aliens, zombie dinosaurs & relic hunters).

Grumble & the Bat

I just finished painting these custom vinyl toys today. The Batman is for my 4 year nephew who likes Batman almost as much as I do. I really like to do my characters in different mediums to see how they come out, so I made the other one The Grumble.

Deep sea expedition

I really wanted to do a painting of a deep sea submersible surrounded by silhouettes of deep sea creatures but once I started sketching the moray eels I thought they might look a little better in the light.

Tim Locomotion

Tim Locomotion is a story I've been writing this season about an imaginative trouble maker who believes he has super powers and barely eludes danger every time. Still a work in progress.

Monster movie poster

I thought this would be a cool B monster movie. I've been sketching odd monster movie run-ins (Billy the kid vs Dracula, Al Capone meets the Wolfman) & I love the early horror movie poster designs. The Creature from the black lagoon is probably one of my favorite monster movies and certainly one of my favorite to draw. This might have come out a little "Scooby Doo" but I think I might get this poster printed.

Halloweenie comic short

This is probably the first of many Halloween post this season. Werewolves and odd english men are why trick or treating isn't allowed on the english moors. Many years ago my parents dressed me up as the cowardly lion from the wizard of oz and told me I was a werewolf...that might have inspired this one a little bit. I haven't done any comic stuff since July, so I thought I would do a Halloween short comic.

Grumble welcomes fall

The not so grumpy Grumble welcomes fall. I was recently asked why a lot of my stuff looks angry or evil. I don't think it does. The Grumble is a forest creature/character for one of my stories. I thought this might make a good plot for welcoming the new season(football, jackets, pie and scary movies).

Raphael

I don't always like to do fan art, but I noticed i dont have any turtles on here soooo...who better to have than Raphael. I do draw the turtles a lot and every time they come out very different. Who knows maybe in the near future I may put up more.

Alien Androids

Lately Ive been drawing, writing and developing characters in my style and these are among the many. These biomechanical beasts are most likely villains. I hope to finalize a story by the end of the summer & develop it by the end of the year. I would really like to publish something.

Finished version of the "Planet in Peril" intro story and comic. These will be in the story mode version of my game in a flash animatic form. Now back to the game development and coding(adding sound, cleaning animations, hits and collisions and finally compiling. Planet in Peril April 30th.
